Care packages are a meaningful way to show our love for pediatric patients. You can earn 1 service hour for each care package you create.

A Care Package includes:

-3 item minimal

-Everything must be new/unopened

-A handmade card

-Items example: legos, acrylic paint, playing cards, board games, gift cards, etc
